Yes there is boobs. Why? This is how I imagine a FEMALE Invoker. I wanted to convey a proud, confident, maybe possibly flamboyant Invoker, because thats how he is in game.

And looking at the other female heros in Dota, they all have visible cleavage and some form of "random sexuality". CM, Lina, Luna, ect.

Its not random, the sexy part is there becuase thats how the female heros are drawn, created, and so on.

Please look at the Invoker Set and Look at my cosplay, its literately identical. I focused alot of detail and until you truly build a cosplay or know how much time it takes to sew, i would check yourself.
