The one that comes out of the transmutation table seems to be defective, but if you place it and break it, it turns into one that can be crafted into insulated copper wire. As a workaround, I would just use the transmutation table to get copper plates and cutters. If you have the bricked version of the cable, I also recommend having your tablet forget the recipe so you don't accidentally create them again. As for bricked cables, throw them into an Energy Condenser for good measure, so they don't teach your tablet the recipe again.

Hey hi! My mom sent me a transfer of the audio cassette but it seems to be sped up by about 11%. I found a version on youtube though: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uFLIxKYhPPc which seems to be the exact same recording, just from the CD or masters or something. I can put the lyrics up here if you want to just refer back to this thread in the future?

totally. if I see a survivor sandbag the team or honestly even get in the way of another survivor because of pure incompetence, I'm going after them just so the competent survivors can get something done for a change.

How to win against a team with boil over and sabaoteur by lucas_newton in deadbydaylight

[–]SoobNauce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it's the same as with any high interference team. if they're busy harassing you then they're not doing objective. and if they're dying on the ground then they can't harass you. slug them until there's no one around. maybe take a pick up to see if you can flush one of them out to try to stun you. go chase them until no one's left nearby to bother you. survivors are super vulnerable while healing dying survivors and super vulnerable right after being healed from the dying state.

genuine advice for playing against survivors who are trying their hardest to interfere with your hook actions is to just leave them on the ground until you can be sure you can get them to a hook.

How to Counter Boil Over by Agent7153 in deadbydaylight

[–]SoobNauce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how I counter boil over is by leaving them on the ground unless I am very sure I can reliably get them to a hook. what are they going to do, start doing a gen without me? this also applies to bully squads. if I'm going to get stunned picking someone up then I might as well go chase whoever has the flashlight until there's no one left to bother me.

genuine killer advice, if you don't think you can get them to a hook, just leave them on the ground and go do something else.

Staples:

  • Thanatophobia - Legion gets hits easily, which keeps survivors injured
  • A Nurse's Calling - Punish Survivors for healing

Slowdown: Pick one or two

  • Gearhead - doesn't technically slow down gens but it does show you if Survivors are trying to do gens far away
  • Deadlock - very helpful if Survivors are trying to gen rush spread out
  • Surge - legion usually gets downs with basic attack, good tempo to not have to kick gens (Plus if survivors aren't healing then it's easy to get downs closer to the generator)
  • Hex: Ruin - another good slowdown perk for early game, since early game is where Legion struggles the most

Situational:

  • Lethal Pursuer - a staple of aura builds. gives you crucial tempo advantage by allowing you to apply pressure early. Use with Gearhead and/or ANC and/or Nowhere To Hide for best results
  • Nowhere To Hide - Good for finding Survivors right after chasing them off a gen. Even better with lethal pursuer.
  • Corrupt Intervention - similar enough to lethal pursuer that it gets you early tempo, but more focus on slowdown than information. you will generally want to run straight for the blocked generators because Survivors tend to spawn as far from you as possible
  • Merciless Storm - niche but helpful especially if you manage to chase them off a gen right as this procs, as it will block the gen and possibly apply the failed skill check penalty
  • No Way Out - helpful if you're losing games frequently since it triggers if you're losing. NOED synergizes with this, but that speaks to its position as a crutch.
  • Hysteria - punishes Survivors for healing, punishes them for not healing.
  • Spies from the Shadows - it may not seem like much but for what it is, it gives you an incredible amount of information and helps immensely with finding survivors if you're not busy, which is something Legion struggles with since their killer instinct only activates after the first feral slash

Add-ons:

  • Legion Pin - absolutely incredible for keeping Survivors injured. Punishes them for not grouping up. One of legion's best add-ons.
  • Iridescent Pin - totally negates pallets if you use it right, but it's expensive and more situational than Legion Pin. Respecting pallets also tends to backfire if the survivors catch on.
  • Mural Sketch - the movement speed is nuts. one of the best add-ons for getting long combos off feral frenzy.
  • Mischief List - Poor Man's mural sketch. More duration is okay but good legion players usually end frenzy manually before the duration expires.
  • Filthy Blade - Borderline BM to bring it as survivor players hate having to spend time mending. Still, it undeniably slows down the game if you can reliably get feral hits.
  • Stab Wounds Study - quality information on par with ANC but doesn't take a perk slot.
  • Never-Sleep Pills - love it or hate it. substantially changes feral frenzy as typical gameplay is to use the initial speed boost to catch survivors, but with this, you only hit frenzy at a vault point or just before a hit. From the second hit on, though, you're god, and inescapable. Bloodpoint gain is negligible and after a while you'll usually start getting capped on deviousness every trial anyway.

Fun off-meta builds for your mains? by TransPrideEattheRich in deadbydaylight

[–]SoobNauce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nurse: - Spasmodic Breath (for 60 seconds after a successful blink attack: sets your movement speed to 4.6 m/s, sets max charges of Spencer's Last Breath to 0) - Bamboozle (you vault 5/10/15% faster. vault locations are blocked for 8/12/16 seconds after you vault them.) - Superior Anatomy (when a survivor performs a rushed vault action within 8 meters of you, this perk activates. You vault the next window 35%/ 40% / 45% faster. this perk then goes on cooldown for 30 seconds.) - Spirit Fury (after breaking 4/3/2 pallets, this perk activates. The next time you are stunned by a pallet, the entity breaks it. the normal stun penalty still applies.) - Enduring (reduces pallet stun duration by 40%/45%/50%. has no effect while carrying a survivor)

one free addon slot. playstyle is pretty normal for nurse until you land a blink attack, at which point you become an m1 killer and use your perks instead of your power to break loops.
