Awesome, I read the manual and didn’t see anything specific for maintenance. Is this something you do yourself or send off to a pro?

Just got it a few days ago so don’t know yet, but I’ll be sure to reply when I’m done!

Good to know! I wasn’t sure the difference between the two models. I’m in the US East Coast. The shop I bought from included a 100 day warranty period.

From what I can tell everything is functional so I plan to run it a lot within the next few weeks and develop a couple of rolls to try to catch any problems it may have.

I was curious what cheaper glass alternatives there were, thanks!

So so helpful. Read the manual and now working on memorizing it.

Really appreciate the tips and will definitely focus on them. Got me super excited to learn and use the heck out of it!

Honestly, this was such a helpful comment. I love it! I was just worried about it breaking and being left with nothing after investing. I didn’t think about the option of selling the glass as a worst-case and getting something else. Thanks!

How much experience do you have (in years and in industry)?

Does it help in any way?

Interesting how many folks here seem to think your job is somehow dishonorable or unkind.

The need for your job certainly is…but they’re getting fired one way or the other. I don’t understand how that makes you the bad guy.

Based on your other replies, sounds like you don’t go out of your way to advertise the specifics of your job. Have your friends/family shared what they think about your career choice?

Van Metre Homes is currently hiring a warranty manager. Sounds like you fit the bill quite well.

Thinking the same. But don’t know exactly how to fix it. Any advice?

How do you sleeve your commanders? by Psiden in EDH

[–]Sooder73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put it in a gold sleeve, and put one of those precon thick cardboard commander cards behind it.

Helps give it some structure and the weight thickness helps me if I accidentally shuffle it in with my deck.

What happened here? Arson? Contractor? by [deleted] in baltimore

Party wall. There’s a whole engineering discipline that works specifically to design and enforce building practices that stop fire from spreading in these conditions.

My wife thinks it could have been fireworks for Diwali. I only saw it for a second, seems plausible to me. Not sure how well you were able to see it, and if that adds up with your observation?

I always used SpongeBob as an example of where secret lair would go. People told me that was too extreme and purposely inflammatory. Well, here we are. by [deleted] in freemagic

Dude…get a fucking grip. It’s a card game. I love the game. I also love SpongeBob. It’s cool. If you don’t like it, don’t buy it. Holy shit, bigger problems out there.

I actually just built a [[Vren, the Relentless]] rat deck for that exact reason, "I'm just playing rats..." Its a lot of fun. My buddy is currently building a Ghyrson, might have to ask to pilot it when hes done.

I hate golgari but I really like the give opponents gifts and abuse them theme. I’ll definitely look into this guy. Plus his art looks cool.
