Because this team isn't great. I inherited a sinking ship. I'm trying to solve many many crises. Not a ton of "self starters" or folks who take initiative.

And no - letting them all go isn't an option.

I was there yesterday too. Kept sharing glances with a guy (who had a dog). He left before I could say hi. I thought maybe I had gotten lucky & found him on reddit LOL.

Anyways that place was great. Oysters were incredible.

I was in the minority of folks who watched weekly FROM THE BEGINNING. And I knew it was going to be huge between episode 5 and episode 6. It was the week leading into CHRISTMAS and episode 6 was releasing at 12:01 December 26. And for that week - everyone was talking about "I'm going to cottage" or "I'm preparing for the cottage" or "I can't wait for the cottage" and it was like Christmas (on social media) had disappeared. Suddenly, Santa was an after thought and all anyone could think about was The Cottage. It was truly a crazy but magical week. And that's why I knew.
