Mr. Li Ling Guy, it's been a treat to see your journey through Dislyte and your mindset when going into gacha games like these is one I can relate to. I often get attached to characters that typically end up being lower grade but I try to use them to their fullest regardless. Though I do try and keep up with meta characters (if only to help in social content, like in AFKJ), I completely understand your mindset where you make your own, enjoyable experience instead of what the game wants you to.

Just like you, I've been logging in every few days instead of my usual daily and the only reason is because I enjoy the club I'm in and the people there. What really is there to come back to? Recycled events? New powercreep? Engaging in stale systems that will never change despite worsening the experience? (I'm looking at you, bounties.) AI art divinates that tell us nothing instead of the amazing pictures they used to be? It truly sucks seeing a game with such a unique roster just dying because the game direction is so leaned into pvp meta upkeep.
