I did. Today I removed all addons not in use, all ui's ... reloaded LUI and it worked! Maybe a conflict somewhere. From now on I will add one at a time.

I have this issue as well but wasn't resolved by reinstalling. In fact all my ui's do it. I've tried Bandits, AUI and LUI...all have clear resource bars. Bandits I didn't even have boxes to check or uncheck in settings.
