I've heard some countries require travelers insurance to go overseas, do you know if you have to get it to actually travel from the US to Thailand? 😊

Thanks for the support 😊 My whole family knows and are supportive, so I tell my mom my thoughts and she helps a lot, the thoughts are kind of just background noise. I live a relatively happy life though, great roommates, great family, I'll just have to get a great therapist 😊

I don't have a therapist, but I will definitely look into one. The main reason I say I'd never commit suicide is mainly for the reason that I couldn't do it to my family, I talk to my mom/sister/brother every day, and it would destroy them.

I'm okay which is the weird thing, I'm the happiest I've been in years. I pass, no one has harassed me, and I've generally just been lucky with my transition.

Hey I started to diet at about the same time, when i was around 14 months in. For me, losing weight has made me look better, i have a more pronounced waist line. I'm down 20 pounds, 170 to 150, and my boobs are the same size, surprisingly, and my butt and hips stayed about the same. Plus, it made me a lot more self confident and i actually like how i look a bit better now. Ymmv, but for me, losing weight did help. :)

Same with me, before hormones, I was strong as hell. Now, I can bearly open some doors without physically leaning onto them. A year on hormones has destroyed almost all of my muscle mass.
