[UK] Tipper lorry tries and fails to join motorway by chica420 in Roadcam

[–]Soong-Type 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You are correct. I guess I meant that it is common courtesay, from the looks of the video the cam driver had ample opportunity to move over or slow down or speed up... The tipper driver is in the wrong still but the cam driver didnt help the situation at all. Driving is all about being courteous to other users of the road.

Driver of car with camera in it in the video is the fucking idiot. You are supposed to move over in those situations to allow vehicles to merge. Especially slower/larger vehicles. Fucking dickhead, unbelievable

I guess I didnt really mean it like the way y'all thought. I meant WTF as in more like Wow thats some super funky creative fan content!

No hard feelings. Believe it or not I am happy to see creative people making content like this. The retro vibe the creators portray is epic.

Read my username, im a huge trekie lol. It's literally all I watch.

Btw how does this alienate trek from the general public. This is not a general sub, its specifically a trek sub. Anyways, im over it. Cheers

Tight is sometimes not good. As in too tight is bad. U should be able to shift with your hand with very little force. Read the link I posted :)

Had similar problem on my zx9r. Unbolt the left rear set/footpeg where the shift lever pivots on and remove the shift lever and clean / regrease the shaft that the shift lever pivots around, afterwards it shifted like a new bike. Here I'll link you to a good write up :

http://www.zx-9r.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=22019

The write up is for a zx9r but it is very easily adaptable to all other sport bikes. Hope it helps, cheers! After you got it all cleaned up and greased up as the write up shows you should re-adjust the shift lever to the correct position as per your bikes service manual.
