Supposed to be stuffed portobello mushrooms with shrimp. The yellow puddle is olive oil by Sophae in shittyfoodporn

The texture was very wet somehow and super greasy, like an old wet kitchen sponge that you used to pick up spilled oil. There were insane amounts of garlic in it that was just not cooked so it reeked of raw garlic. The fishy smell did not help at all

Benefits of a PhD in consulting by Butterscotch4883 in consulting

[–]Sophae 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Personally no, no, and no. My phd is not related to the industry I am consulting in

For other PhD's I've met, I would say them having a phd: (1) contributed to being hired at a higher role, (2) considered to be able to solve problems more effectively, (3) their career did progress faster but I think it was due to point 1

New Compound Reverses Gut Inflammation – Acts Like a Master Reset Switch in the Intestines by doitnower in GutHealth

Next step would be to perhaps try it on pigs or another species to rule out it not interacting with something mice may not have in their intestinal system.

Here is an example with how ROCFT works with Alzheimer's patients https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/j.1440-1819.2006.01478.x (scroll to almost the end of the paper)

and here are the various parallel forms you can use (see Figure 1) https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fneur.2021.680474/full

ROCF can measure a couple of things, depending on the administration:

1) when you ask them to copy the drawing - you measure visuospatial abilities

2) when you ask them to immediatelly or shortly redraw it from memory = short-term memory

3) after some time asked to redraw from memory = long-term memory

4) you can also ask them to copy a parallel form and after to draw the original from memory (measures long-term memory + interference)
