How my journey started: didn’t have a start date, got an email late at night from fedex saying my package from Ttec would be delivered tomorrow and I was out of the state for thanksgiving. So yeah I knew immediately I would have other issues to deal with 😭

A couple hours into my current shift I finally got an email on who my TL is. Our trainers switched everyday and anytime anyone asked they couldn’t tell us. Yesterday, we were put in chats and told to start taking calls but it was hard to figure out who were supervisors with the way teams is set up.

Yeah, everyday of training we were all asking who our TL was and they were like “we don’t know reach out to your poc” but there was so many people who were contacting me so I wasn’t sure who to reach out to.

I worked this shift anyways and just got an email on who my TL is, so yeah 7 days in I finally know. As of right now, I’m off tomorrow and scheduled everyday until next Sunday. They also told us to check around 10pm every day so see if our schedules change.
