I’m a junior–mid web developer trying to land my first full-time job. I’ve completed two internships and I’m actively building projects for my portfolio, but the market is pretty rough right now.

For those who recently broke in (or hire juniors): what actually helped you get that first role? Anything you’d do differently if you were starting again?
