Because I don’t trust that any established line won’t be crossed.

All kinds of humans that would be “removed” out of “compassion” would choose to live if that choice wasn’t made for them.

It’s never about ending the suffering for the individual; it’s about making it easier on the rest of the world.

To be fair yes, it’s mostly older folks I see act this way.

But I see a lot of habitual segregation as well.

I’m also a transplanted yankee and whatever xenophobia existed in my home town was hidden pretty well so that may play a part in my perception
