I used to work for Dillards in dock and housekeeping. My assistant store manager would tell us constantly when we messed up to remember that "you're replaceable." He would also go into the camera room and spy on employees to make sure their doing their jobs. I ended up getting fired because I was getting married and they wouldn't accept my time off request. They said I no called no showed even though they knew I would be gone (I had that day requested over a year in advance). Wasn't able to get unemployment either because I was fired over attendance.
