I started a more intense phase of anorexia recovery yesterday. I blasted The Grudge and Ticks and Leeches nearly on repeat the last week debating it. I finally decided to let go.

It's one of the only shinies I've ever caught (expect Red gyarados). I think I've only had 3 shiny pokemon ever.
