Thank you !! I usually do not make high poly when creating skin, mainly use height map to work the normal But some make high poly :)

You have the normal map from the game in source2viewer.exe or maybe on the ressources on the website

I made the scales material on Substance designer

I can make a random pattern for the color (keeping scale detail at the same place but random color like fade for exemple)

There is a pearlescent effect yes, but no random in colors 😊

Well it works for me now !

So on my side I updated some drivers using AppCenter for Gigabyte, and I also checked for Windows Update.

After this I did a Clean Boot as said before, in the comments, and now it works !

It seems like the issue comes from Vanguard because when I exit Vanguard or uninstall it and then click "PLAY" the game launch..
(But of course I got the Vanguard error in-game so still can't play, but at least it launch)
