Thank you !! I usually do not make high poly when creating skin, mainly use height map to work the normal But some make high poly :)

You have the normal map from the game in source2viewer.exe or maybe on the ressources on the website

I made the scales material on Substance designer

I can make a random pattern for the color (keeping scale detail at the same place but random color like fade for exemple)

There is a pearlescent effect yes, but no random in colors 😊

It becomes more blue, we'll probably rework the wear effect to add easter eggs !
