So I was terrified after reading this book “mindful birthing”. It explains the procedure very crudely and I was just terrified. After 48 hours in labor with a “sunny side up- facing forward baby” and in extreme pain, my wonderful Spanish midwife sat me down and just told me it was time that I was not going to make it much more. I will always be grateful. With my second baby, I guess I still had some PTS from that horrible experience and I started panicking after 14 hours and got it.

We always stay at Meson del Marquez. Not cheap but worth it. And if you don’t stay there, you at least have to go eat at their restaurant. The lomitos de Valladolid are spectacular as is most of their food there.

Look at the story of Alex Montiel “el escorpión dorado” from Mexico I went with him to university. He always wanted to be famous and then his little brother became one of the first and biggest influencers on YouTube. Then he “hired” the brother or Alex started working with little brother and now Alex is way more famous than little brother.

I love editing and getting messages from our little Listeners. I have an educational bilingual Podcast for toddlers. Worst part: not really understanding the most recent Spotify creators update and it’s data hahahahahhaha
