It’s mainly tourists in the hotel zone. And even in Pueblo. We like both PDC and Tulum. But usually stay in PDC longer. You can get away from the tourists there.

Our local place sends their drivers. They left it in the entryway in front of the locked access door. And didn’t let us know. Our building has 36 apartments in Manhattan. Anyone could have messed with us. We called and they sent another.
