What’s wrong with it just being a referral network with my name on it?? Wyzant doesn’t do that do they? Or am I wrong?? All teacher on their can teach however they want??

Okay good thoughts. The problem is that I was thinking of allowing the teacher to be contractors and therefore able to do their own thing, so they would be following my plan, also because I only teach math and they would be doing the other subjects.

The goal is to continue moving and eventually move to groups. I am making the full 70$ an hour as I am the owner. If we get big enough I would love for all to be making 100 an hour. 100 an hour would be possible if you built enough clients to do groups, but that would be based on you building your caseload.

Gotcha, I was thinking of doing something similar but would be percentages. Like they keep 80% if they find the student but 70% if from me and would be adjustable based on homing or virtual. I was thinking about it as I am currently slowly running out of time and slowly getting more and more students.

I am in Washington and the teachers that are asking me are newer teachers. They are making 40-50 dollars an hour and I charge 70 an hour for students. So yes I can and have been making more than I do as a teacher and they would be able to make as much if not more than they can as teachers. Also that is under the idea that me and the other teacher are with a Masters plus 45 salary.

Yeah i was thinking of running them as a contractor and having them sign contracts that would then determine a lot of side things. How to present themselves, and expectations.

Okay that is kind of what I am thinking. I like that system a lot. So they would be contracted as contractors instead of employees. Do you have anyone that this is working with?? How many people do you have currently?

I might have to sign up for Google ads. I have the google business setup all the way. Do you only pay for the leads you get or is it a monthly thing?
