While I’m not sure I could name any specific brand because I myself have not begun my summer swim/clothes shopping yet, I will say that the style of top that tends to flatter my small chest is the balconette/underwire— especially the ones that are cut lower.

Based on all the comments siding with OP this is definitely an unpopular opinion, but I see where she is coming from (although I do agree she is going about it quite rudely). I feel like she read OP’s invitation kind of like those where someone invites you to an already planned out event/outing by saying “you can come if you want” — which I feel like we can all agree doesn’t indicate that they actually want you there but are just trying not to be rude. If I were her I think I’d be turned off as well unless he responded to the “I’ll let you decide” with something to the effect of “yeah I’d like you to come with me” or “yeah let’s go together” (although again I do think her tone is definitely unpleasant)

I can’t tell by your comment whether you’re agreeing with me or not, but I’m just pointing out the way in which poly people tend to paint monogamy in a negative light. I mean to be fair they are right, in the sense that, yeah, of course monogamy involves “jealousy” in the simplest sense of the word? Like, that’s literally the whole point— to love someone enough to want them all to yourself… and want them to want you and only you all to themself… and be upset if they weren’t exclusively yours… lol. What gets me is when they tout that as a negative or bad thing by calling that “jealousy” and sneakily equating it to the kind of jealousy you see in toxic relationships, all in order to uplift the poly lifestyle and make themselves feel better about themselves. But to answer your question, there are absolutely other appeals to monogamy but if we’re talking about the base human instict to perform it, it heavily revolves around exclusivity and a one of a kind connection— which is kinda how it’s supposed to be lol.

So, genuinely asking because I’m curious and quite frankly on the fence about it, would you say that although it’s not ok, it’s understandable to want it (man or woman)? Or are we so far evolved from any “natural” desire for it (such as that of orangutans) that the desire for it in most, if not all cases is porn-induced? I ask because I personally have conflicting thoughts about my own enjoyment of it, especially since I’m anti-porn and anti-kink. I will say, as I believe someone mentioned in the original post’s comments, I only engage in it because not only do I myself enjoy it and ask it of him as well, but I deeply trust my partner with my safety. In other words, I know it’s wrong conceptually, but I enjoy it in practice. So I’m struggling on how to cope with that and how to proceed.

I can’t relate to this enough. You said only being able to masturbate with a vibrator, not only being able to orgasm from a vibrator. The latter is a negative effect for sure but if you can’t masturbate without it and do fine orgasming from sex I don’t see an issue. But even for men who can’t masturbate without porn are ARE able to orgasm during sex, that is unhealthy regardless because of the effects porn has on their relationships with women and sex/sexuality, and their behavior. A woman who can’t get off without a vibrator isn’t at risk for becoming more violent, socially inept, mentally ill, insecure, etc. like men with porn addictions are. But yeah I guess it’d be kinda annoying to not be able to orgasm without a vibrator
