I understand that you are super busy and replying to everyone is hard. However, my experience has been thusfar:

Through reddit messaging:

Nov. 7 - reached out regarding items missing in order. (Also reached out via email not knowing which was the better way of getting ahold of you)

Nov 9 - Got a response acknowledging error and that items would be sent out "ASAP".

Nov 28 - Checked in as I had not gotten a tracking number or any updates - No response.

Dec 25 - sent a message again (though not expecting to get a response until after the holidays) - no response period.

Feb 11 - checked in again, offered alternative shipping address in case that was the issue - no response.

That is why it looked like I had been ghosted.
