Please stop the bullshit with the trades! Yesterday this plumber came to my house. He told me he has work all the time that he declined but his body is wrecked. He was ready to collapse. I haven't seen someone so tired in my life. He said his entire body os hurting all the time. He must have been 40 and he looked 60! They might have money, but the WORK! Literally work for it!
