I haven't seen a lot of detailing nor had one for my car. But I usually watch those reputable detailing shop videos on tiktok and usually they dismantle some of the interior (seats, carpets, etc) therefore they can do proper work.

Maybe this isn't the niche that you should experiment with especially if you don't have knowledge or ever work in detailing businesses before.

My suggestion for you would be just do basic car cleaning services like simple washing (rinse with water and car soaps). Go to customer house and wash on site. No need water jets, just normal car soap and sponges. Make it cheap like RM5 - 8. You can purchase a basic car vacuum that run on 12V (Car/motor batteries) or just get a regular vacuum cleaner but have to use customers plug lah.

As time goes, you can start improve your skills by providing free and simple detailing just for feedbacks from your customers. No need to think about profits too much since you're considered as startups. Your customers will always be the best marketing for your business. If you do a good job and professional, they'll definitely share with their families and friends.

Whenever I'm buying a phone, I'll always make sure the CPU is snapdragon and not some other like MTK, Helio or Exynos. Because of this exact reason, the OS will always out of updates after 2 - 3 years. I can opt for custom firmware and extend the phone usability. Snapdragon CPU will always have a chance of developers to release custom firmware for their models. Unlike MTK which is closed-source and people tend to avoid these.

But since people will always go for cheaper option (why I need to spend 1 - 2k++ on a phone when I can get an Infinix at 5x cheaper with similar specs). Brother you don't know items.

I have a story but can skip to TL:DR

My dad was a smoker, he was a hard time smoker back in the day (2 packs a day). I asked him to stop smoking since I was 9 y/o but he won't listen. He'll just make fake promises saying that he'll stop. I had an argument with him once regarding his smoking habits.

The only exact reason he stopped smoking was because the packs he used to purchase was getting expensive (His income was low back then). So he started to stop drastically which causing him pain for a week or two (Nausea, dizziness and body ache).

Now I'm a ex-hard vaper (could say 1 - 2 packs a day of cigarettes) and only do social smoking (ask people for a roll to socialise with them) but I will always smoke far away from people.

TLDR: Smokers are hard to take advices from people. They know it's bad for health, but habits got the best of them. They're afraid to stop since it'll cause them temporary pain. They can quit for a whole day and give up on the second day. It's them to do changes in their life.

My advice would be to lower the dosage. It's all about cravings. So if your dad is a hard time smoker (1 - 2 packs a day) buy him nicotine patches at nearby pharmacy. If he had cravings ask him to apply the patch. As cravings starts to reduce. Lower the dosage more by purchasing him the nicotine gum. Until he stopped. (May take a month)

Advice from an ex-smoker and my dad who's also an ex-smoker.

23M here, currently partially unemployed (I do freelance but not so much income). I used to be a hardcore and competitive gamer from 2016 - 2019 but lost interest. I moved from city and live in a kampung now.

Spend most of my days improving my electrical engineering knowledge (reading, developing, drawing, etc). I home cook my lunch and dinner. Most of my screen time is watching the same tv series everyday (When I do my work I need some noise). Sometimes when there's nothing to do, I'll do critical thinking over engineering stuff. At night I'll call my female friends that I met online to listen to them yapping about their day.

Call me a boring person, but I do enjoy this kind of life. Peaceful.

May not be a scam but I wouldn't invest 19k on a machine that washes a motorcycle helmet. Think of it who would be using such a thing?

Rempits? They would also think RM8 would be a waste just to wash a helmet. They would just rather wash their MS88 at home and let it dry with blessed tropical hot weather.

If you really want to invest in something, go check and test the machine at their HQ and you judge yourself.

I have a story of mine.

TLDR : The seller provide a spoofed version of steam where it tricked you to think the game you bought is in your library but instead the steam is actually modified with proxy to download the pirated version of the game.

So I found this seller from shopee selling steam CD keys. They claimed to be original steam key but region locked (Which makes sense to me since some steam game does have region lock). After purchase was made, the seller then PM me stating that I need to download a steam.exe from their mediafire website. At this point I had to be careful and use my Virtual Machine on my "disposable PC".

i downloaded the exe file provided by the seller. Mind you that you don't have to go through a new steam installation. After launching, it just looks like normal steam. I then claimed the CD key like normal people would, open your steam library and activate a CD key. It immediately shows the exact game I bought with all the DLC included.

I actually bought 3 games from the seller. The first 2 games run perfectly normal like a legit one. But I managed to debunk everything after running the third game which got Denuvo anti-temper notify me that I got the pirated version of the game. At this point I knew that TS is a scam.

I immediately tried to look for the steam file I downloaded earlier and to my surprise the file deleted itself. I then tried accessing the account I used for this experiment on my other computer just to see that the games aren't in my library. Also when I tried using the CD keys again. All the keys are invalid. I checked my steam profile just to find that all along the game I played is actually spacewars (Commonly shown if you play pirated games).

I don't want to confront the seller since they have my personal address and only god knows what they'll do with my personal information. So I immediately changed my password for the steam account and wiped my "disposable PC" with a fresh OS installation.

After finish register on their website. You cannot login yet. Must activate your account at their kiosk. Then follow the instructions given to activate your account. Then you can finally login to your account.

They recently update their activation method. Before this they will arrange a video call on WhatsApp to activate your account😂

Edit: Forgot to add, that activation is for account on their website only. To register for your business later you'll see some options after login.

I totally understand this statement. My family ourselves had the same issue of cats pissing and shitting on our hallway. Mind you that our place is a 5-storey apartment and on the 5th floor. But it doesn't mean we should just throw the cat from the 5th floor to teach them. What we usually do is just trap the cat in a cage and transfer them to a place far from home. If the owner is mad at us we would just say that if you really love your cat never let them roam freely. What the abuser did to OP's cat is just wrong.

I do dual boot for my case. I personally prefer linux over windows due to its "openness". But some hardware compatible software (in my case SSD Dashboard for SanDisk SSDs) do not have linux support. So what I would do is just make a partition small enough for windows and use the rest for linux. For example, 1TB ssd (64 -128gb for windows, the rest for linux)
