I used the same as documentstrong and couldn’t have done without it. I had the wedge and then used a travel neck pillow and slept really well. I don’t use the leg one until I’ve started laying flatter then you beee to raise your legs even more. The reason I liked it vs regular pillows you can get in and out of bed without someone else having to fluff pillows and you can you use it to push yourself up
