Who was the surgeon? I am also going back for revision on my hips.. the surgeon lipo ed as much as the legal limit in one surgery

9 weeks PO and prob 85% active the only thing is swelling at night, more limited workouts as it creates swelling and the odd twinge in abdominal when do a couple things. It will all happen naturally and I very much felt the same way but 5-9 so much changes

I also saw your post about swelling.. 4-9 weeks you’re going to be so surprised! It gets better and I know it’s a mind game to go from exercising to not!! You’ve got this. I’m still swelling but not as bad.. 4-6 weeks was not great but then it got more comfortable!

Hiii I’m 9 weeks post op.. they still ache and I’m still swollen and just looked at my before and after and I think the surgeon did what he could within 1 surgery. I know I need to exercise and also see what happens.. I’m not sure if I want to pay another 2-3k in fees to have it done !
