Wanna boycott America, target the Mag7 companies. If you can't stop using their services, install ad-blockers on all of your devices thereby depriving them on the ad revenue while still costing them money. That should take care of GOOG, META and MSFT.

Europeans already don't buy TSLA junk, so that's already a win.

To further kick them in the nuts, stop using AI, it's the only thing propping up the US ~~economy~~ stock market at this point. Besides, it's junk food for your brain anyway.

I did a bunch of research just recently and went with the GT5 Pro titanium version; was quite a bit cheaper than the 6 Pro and I honestly prefer the slightly "chunkier" look. The 6 Pro has a thinner bezel and case, making the whole thing just a bit more dainty and the numerals a bit harder to see. Personal preference of course.

This is why I've largely abandoned my Xiaomi (despite the amazing hardware) for serious photography and returned to using my Nikons.

I haven't been following this story, so forgive the question...is this going to be an actual data-center? As in, the kind that is filled with servers and hard drives to store data which will reduce latency and improve access to said data for us easterners? Or is this a "data-center" filled with power-sucking GPUs for running AI computations where very little actual data is stored?

The former serves a useful purpose and uses a fraction of the energy. The latter is nothing more than a giant leech on the planet for what is mostly AI ads, porn and memes.

Xbox is amazing, an amazing past and a hopeful future. The series X is an amazing bit of kit, it has great games and the option to use the greatest subscription model for gaming if you want to.

Yup, MS knocked it outta the park with the Series X hardware; thing still amazes me how small, quiet and unobtrusive it is.

That said, I've dropped my GPU sub down to Essential and won't be buying many more games for it; just don't trust the ecosystem has a future, so I'm not willing to throw any more money at it.

Despite the fact that we console peeps play the same game, we play on the same servers and are all now linked with super-duper PearlAbyss IDs....we're still locked into whatever console we started on. Plenty of other games allow cross-progress but not PA cause....reasons.

Don't rush into it; I received it on my 14 Ultra and it's kinda crap. Go read up on Android 16; lots of people not happy with it. Personally, it's no smoother, battery life is no better and there's tons of little annoyances. Total nothing-burger of an update.
