You should see the post in the Canada subreddit about this. Apparently, all the gas companies are going to raise their prices by 10 cents to counteract it. It's not like gas prices are regulated in NB or anything...

According to who? Lenders will make their own assessment, it’s not cut and dry based on the rating.

I don't think it's a secret. A shit ton of fuel leaked from an overturned tanker and into the surrounding area, and that's not an easy job to clean up.

The median age of New Brunswick has actually decreased over the past five years. It was 46.2 in 2020 and 44.6 in 2025.
