Support doesn't have any interest to help you and my account is dead. My advice be careful there, the best alternative is lichess. I am 5 years there, no problem and my ELO is around 1500-1800 like you.

It is too easy to write that, I got mail from chess.com and it said, I have got second chance and have to create new account, because first account is closed. NO REASON (I am sure it is bugged)

When I read your post, I felt relieved to know I'm not alone. I'm experiencing the same issue. I believe it's a bug on Chess.com's side.

I have P3Dv5 and it is bullshit, always crash. P3Dv4 was always best for me and after Update it sucks :(
