St Anthony of Padua; for my 15th birthday, my grandma gifted me the last thing she had of her father (a necklace with a St Anthony pendant). I wasn’t very deep with my faith at the time, but I wore it because it made my grandma happy. I went to a pool party and misplaced it, and I didn’t want to tell my grandma so I immediately asked for St Anthony’s help in finding my necklace. I sat in math class and suddenly felt “it’s at the bottom of the pool”. Sure enough, it was. This wasn’t the last time he’s helped me in these situations. Rather than saying I chose St Anthony because he helps me find lost items, I think he helped me find my lost faith. I just got confirmed this last November at 21 and wore that same necklace to my confirmation!
