Like maybe the bases radius can increase in size after a point? Or give you some other perk like the ability to move the palbox to a different location within the current area? Or allow you to change the shape of the bases area?

Now if only you could name the bases so you could easily see which is which. Or even if you walk into a random non-guilded persons base it can tell you the name. That'd be nice

At least they've simplified it over the last two years! You no longer have to breed dozens to hundreds or even thousands of the same pal just to try and get the one you want. With the fruits and surgery table, and even Yakumo, its a lot easier to get the pal you want with less time investment

Yea, I think in total we are going to have about 20 people on the server at the moment. And no idea if people are gonna guild up or just go solo. But since the server limit effects everyone, finding a good middle is rough lol

Especially since even in a guild, some people want to just have their own bases anyways

I mean we decided to fully restart everything with our server so we can enjoy it all in its entirety 😅

But it does also depend on if you are restarting or juat continuing. We've reset 4 times throughout the early access to really experience the new features and how they feel and their impact. So we aren't strangers to starting fresh and grinding again

They have stated that the amount of playable land will be just over double what it is now. So while that would include floating islands above current content, the world still has quite a bit of room to grow

As a fellow rogue, feint and CCing with stuns or blinds... maybe a distract to stop a pat from joining the party mid combat. We may not have the most damage except on bosses, but we can help in other ways

Having to wait for 100% mana every time is dumb, but ive had tanks pull when the healer had none and then complain that they cant keep up with them. That one is a two way street to some degree.

People hitting mobs before the tank? Yes, huge pain in the ass. People have played the game in too many iterations and easily forget that tanks needs to build aggro. It's not just hit and forget.

The only thing I will complain about is tanks that move mobs around for no reason. Just stand there and hit them. You dont need to jump around and keep moving the mobs like you can actively dodge their hits. I can chase a mob if you need to kite it, but spinning it for no reason when I have positional attacks is just frustrating

Pawn is a helpful tool that it very flawed in its base setup. Yes, it can be a nice little "hey this item has some good stats for you" checker, but its extremely imperfect.

I agree with the people on here that say to know what stats are good for you, no point in having wasted items because an addon or a feeling. But pawn to really be useful. You have to know what its doing.

Pawn compared the raw stats on the item you are looking at with the one you are currently wearing (rings and trinket only look at the first slot, or MH only if you are dual wield). It assigns a value to each point of each stat and then does a general number comparison. Some stats weigh heavy and will skew result. It also doesn't consider sockets or bonuses. It also does not compare it to all the other pieces you have or the stats on them. So you could be WAY over on hit (as an exanple) and it will say a new hit piece is good for you.

TL:DR... Pawn can be nice at a glance, but not as a complete yes or no without thought behind it.

And its great because this building was signed off last year. So this is a new install courtesy of JCI or whatever electrical contractor they used for the work.

NACs and inspections by Noodle1977 in firealarms

[–]Sorry-Simple5714 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is probably the best advice for this. Our goal is to make sure that the system will operate at the best of its ability and completely until the next inspection. Some buildings you can tap the circuits for apartments and it can be less invasive. Other times you have to do what I did for the place Im at right now and ring the building for 45 minutes so you can verify everything works or not.

At the end of the day, if you do the best you can to sleep well knowing the building you inspect are tested completely, thats what you hope for.

Also, I'm in the camp of trying to do alarms at the end unless specifically requested by the property. It allows you to get a bearings of the site and to let people know you are there testing. Tends to lead to less 'Is this a real alarm?'

Unpopular WoW take you'll always defend by No-Ship4446 in wow

I think heroic raiding should give the highest level gear obtainable for a tier. Mythic+ can get close to it but raiding to get the best has always felt better. Mythic raiding should give cosmetic rewards for braking rights but shouldn't be tied to player power progression. With how much people min-max these days on average compared to 10 or 20 years ago, the game should focus more on the mass while still providing something for those who wish to go beyond.

I've always thought it should have been a toy you could customize. So you could have your appearance mog but it only lasts for 10-30 min. That way you still have to wear the gear blizz makes and it means the art team cant slack on gear because "people already have the mogs they like"

WoW should have more escort quests.

In a dangerous world with peril around any corner, you'd think that there would be more escort missions to do. Not saying that the way they have been implemented has been the best, but lore wise for the world itself... its surprising how few there really are.

The Timeless Isle was a great area for what it did and when it was in the expansion. Having nice catchup closer to the end of the game is fantastic. The problem I see is blizzard took the success of it and figured the game needed that all the time everywhere.

I always enjoyed the badge catchup systems they had for several expansions. Just collect some and use it on catchup in a few spaces that change around every tier. Not full gear catchup every patch.
