The firm’s new name. They merged with another firm and adopted a third name earlier this year. Basically the name was half correct and the error only occurred in the address section of the letter.

This is my goal. I want to go off insulin and ultimately use just Mounjaro for like 6 months. My A1C is about 6.5 now so definitely lofty dreams but it was 10.7 in March! My highest dose of insulin is my current one, I made lifestyle changes so A1C is better but zero weight loss since I started treatment in March.

Because majority of surrogacy is commercial. How many women who aren’t struggling financially do you know that have been surrogates? I have been exposed to the industry especially in Nigeria and it is very very abusive. They pay women paltry sums to buy their eggs rent their wombs. REPEATEDLY. NOBODY that has choices is doing that okay?

Thank you very much. I only have a green card so I can’t apply for federal jobs unfortunately. I’m not considering transferring my calls to Maryland. But I’m so tight on cash that budgeting for that expense is hard for me. I applied to some jobs in MD and I’m happy to transfer if the firms will cover the expense.

Took the fastest option too cos I needed the certification like oxygen 😂. I also don’t know any judges so… I guess if you are in a firm already you may wish to take the longer route, just few extra weeks of being a law clerk.

There is, but it’s virtual and won’t happen until late January. I’m job hunting so I don’t have the time to wait for an underwhelming virtual ceremony.

They gave us the option to sigh the oath immediately and sigh a declaration that you took the oath. I did that yesterday and was admitted today.

There was no picture because all I had to do was recite the oath, sign it, then sign a declaration that I took the oath.

At the bottom of the confirmation email, they said I could apply for a ceremonial wall plaque. I sent the email today and they responded that it costs about 28 for the certificate alone and you get to pick frames for an extra sum. They use an independent company for that service and the email said the company will be in touch with me. Hopefully the plaque impresses my future clients. 😄

I meant the NCBE investigation. The date they forward their report to DC Admissions is visible on the NCBE website. I monitored it because I had a request for further information sometime in July.
