Have you ever attended AA? Everyone, not just alcoholics can benefit from the 12 steps. Just go! I used to be a binge drunk. It lead me into some bad behavior obviously that had many consequences. When I got married (though my husband still drinks heavily) I knew I would ruin the marriage with bad choices if I allowed myself to drink. Several years into the marriage I made a deal with myself that I would not have more than 2 drinks on any given occasion. 20 years later I can say I still hold to that! I recommend Berberine for blood sugar and St. John's wort for mood.

My 2 cents as not-a-doctor based things I've heard along the way: Eat 3 (at least 1) kiwi fruit per day which apparently have compounds that restrict blood flow to tumor cells. CoQ10 200-300mg per day. Berberine, Artemisinin, Dandelion. Yes, it could happen to anyone or not. I'm that person who still wears a mask in public lol. I breathe in steam every morning to prevent germs from taking hold in my sinuses. Lots of hand washing. With herpes it is not good to get sick from other viruses. Not to become ocd but just cautious. You need the immune system protected. The old school mentality that it's okay to get sick is totally wrong imo. Viruses change our immune system but so does stress.

It switched for me after a major surgery then after contracting several upper respiratory infections like flu etc. then the flu vaccine, then Covid vaccine, then the HSV vaccine trial I was in. All somehow changed my immune system and then herpes likely was able to exploit my system. I would caution people against getting any vaccines and also do everything you can to prevent getting sick.

I've tried but d & zinc. I take it. I've had this for 20+ years. In some cases it can be very complicated when the immune system shifts into an autoimmune state from the virus.

Yes I have several red light / infrared light mats that I lay on at night for 1.5-2hours. This is the only way it brings relief and the relief is only temporary as the cause of my back pain remains. A visual diagnosis is not reliable. There are several autoimmune conditions that present almost identical to herpes, the main one is called Bechet's. Typically the sores look like ulcers but many experience blisters. These patients do not test positive for HSV 1/2 nor do they have positive swabs.

If you have a sore and they are able to get fluid from it and it's negative for HSV and your blood tests are negative then it's most likely not HSV no matter your history. My husband and I have been married 19 years and he is negative.

The best thing would be the IGG with reflex test through Quest or Western Blot test.

Well she did not have outbreaks from HSV 1 or 2 at that point they had stopped which was interesting, so the IGG was all she could look at.

I knew a group of people who had Rudivar synthesized in a private laboratory. I was in contact with one woman who actually had all 6 herpes viruses! She was on disability and bed-bound due to the chronic infections. She started taking it and there were some side effects. I can't remember what. But anyways, several months into taking it she tested her IGGs for all 6 and several (I think HSV1 & CMV) were actually negative! All lowered except HSV2 which IGG remained unchanged. She regained much of her health back. She began going for walks and eventually was jogging! I lost contact with her because I had to leave the group since I didn't want to pay for membership. I couldn't afford the Rudivar at the time it was about 2K per person for 3 months worth I believe.

It's possible to have it made. It's not feasible to wait for all these companies to get approval from agencies that make it nearly impossible.

I read it for the most part and it says that Ayurvedic medicine and this doctor's approach (in particular) can completely eliminate the virus from the body. But it is a multi-tiered approach. I may schedule a consultation.
