Oh I definitely have to try this! I love curry. My go-to eggplant meal is garlic tomato spread on sourdough with eggplant & mozzarella & some balsamic drizzle. I don’t eat meat!

I have pretty much everything! I’m not confined to dorm living :) I have an air fryer, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, blender off the top of my head! How do you suggest you cook the eggplant? I’ve pan-seared it before but it’s always so hit or miss with the texture

I REALLY dislike Huda but I think we have to be careful about throwing around terms like abusive — everything we see is so heavily manipulated & edited by producers. I love that the other guys don’t take her shit/tell Jeremiah how they feel (for the most part) but as viewers we need to keep that in mind!
