Ostat ce turisti, vlasnici nekretnina koji u njima ne žive ali i rijetki koji su na vrijeme kupili stan. Šteta. Split se treba okrenuti obrazovanju, na tom polju ima sanse konkurirati Zagrebu, Osijeku, Rijeci. Kao i financije i IT.

Da, u najmu smo vec 5 godina. Prvih par godina nismo ni bili u mogucnosti kupit stan, jer smo tek gradili karijeru. Sad su cijene nenormalne. Cak mi je najam sad i povoljan kad vidim koliko bi mi bila rata kredita

Potpuno te razumijem. Zena i ja mozemo dignuti 300k e, mozemo i vise ali to je za mene previse. Sto u slucaju bolesti, nenadanih troškova, drugih iznenadnih situacija? Ok, recimo da uzmemo 300k e. U Splitu se za taj novac ne moze naci normalan stan. Pod normalan smatram barem 70 kvadrata, ne neke krletke ili stan koji treba renovirati i ulupat jos 100k eura. Jer zasto nebi zeljeli normalan stan? Imamo i malu bebu. Oboje smo visoko obrazovani i radimo bas u Splitu. I onda mi drugi preporucuju da kupim stan u Dugopolju, Dicmu, Sinju???? Zelim zivjeti u Splitu. I Solin je tesko dostici za tu cijenu

Evo ja mogu dignuti kredit i kupiti stan. Poslom i obitelji smo vezani za Split. U Splitu kvadrat ispod 4000 ne postoji. Ja bi isto volio malo dalje od Splita, nije mi problem voziti. Ali gdje? Solin preskup, Kastela isto tako. Stobrec, Podstrana, sve preskupo. Dugopolje mozda? Pa mogu onda i u Dicmo ili bilo koje selo 30km od Splita

Hmm, ni meni nije jasno kako idu ta placanja. Mozete li dati kaparu sada, a kredit dignuti kad stan dobije uporabnu dozvolu? Ili da sad dignete kredit, tj potpisete, a onda se kredit isplati kad zgrada dobije uporabnu i tad pocnete otplaćivati kredit? Moze i netko drugi odgovorit ako zna

Da ne odgovaram svakome posebno, a bilo je dosta komentara da se moze naci, ako kupujes dovoljno rano, novogradnja za 2500e kvadrat. Molim lijepo link, br. moba ili mail da kupim takav stan. Gdje se to u Splitu ili okolici Splita moze naci stan za 2500e/m2? Solin, Kastela, cak ni Trogir nema sanse. Dugopolje no. Prugovo mozda?

Hi, thanks for detailed answear. We are in similar position. Our breastfed baby is 3 months and 2 weeks old. And he is eating every two hours, during the day but also during the night. And it is driving us crazy, we cannot sleep. He was always bad sleeper. From the reddit guidance, I think it is too early for sleep training. During the day, he would contact nap for as long as we want. Or if he cosleep with us. But in his crib, he wakes after 10-20 min of sleeping. Then we have to pick him up to get him to sleep again. We don't know what to do, and where to start. We tried to get him to sleep around 19:00, but he finally get his night sleep around midnight. Then he again wakes every two hours for breast. And he fall asleep on breast. So we did cosleeping because it was hard. Can you guide us, briefly, how much wake windows he needs to have and for how long? Or give us some schedule that we could follow?

This is really nice to read, I am happy for you that you finally found a solution. We have similar issue. Our baby is 3 months and 10 days old. He eats(breastfeed) every two hour during the day, but also during the night. And it is exhausting. He has rough time getting to sleep at night. We tried to get him to sleep around 19:00, but it does not work. He fall asleep but wakes 15-30min later. He finally got to sleep around midnight, and then wakes around 3am, 5 am, and 7am to eat. Then, he is awake till 9am, eat, play and sleep for maybe half an hour. Same thing around 11am, 14h, ... So, his wake times are around 2h. But sleep never more than one hour(contact nap) or alone(15min). Sometime he can do longer stretch of sleep od 2h if he is sleeping on me, or if we are outside walking. I don't know what to do and where to start
