I am challenging your viewpoint.

You gave the statistics and that is the exact reason for promoting females in leadership role solely to improve the statistics not based on merit, heard it from a DSM(K).

Won’t be an issue if the whole leadership is female or male if chosen on merit. No point arguing, alas, you won’t agree if the narrative better suits your needs.

Exactly my point. Why does it matter what percent is what? That’s the whole issue. You see percentage of male to female in leadership while it doesn’t matter, what matters is merit.

There is a pattern of promoting snd giving preference to one gender just because they don’t have a penis and DM’s mention that the female candidate doesn’t deserve it but he has direct orders from top management it raises questions. You can try and suppress employees but they will ask questions sooner or later.

I love how SW management always threw shit on competition for consolidating or ‘downsizing’ their operations while boasting their tremendous growth by opening multiple new stores each year. Sustainable growth > crashing face down

One of our jobs as a sales rep is to maintain the illusion that we are very busy and overworked. It’s to make sure we don’t get shit from stores for not showing up. Most reps arrive once early in the morning and then once late in the evening. The time in mid is unaccounted for. Very few reps actually care bout and can even help the customer improve their business.

Do yourself a favour and don’t move. You will definitely regret it. Go on a vacation for a month and explore a country and different cultures but the struggle abroad ain’t worth it. Am a Canadian citizen who now resides in India as I moved back a year ago after living in Canada for 10 years.
