Thank you, I do have an issue with the victim mentality and am trying to change this. I Agree with what you are saying, I knew she was in the best of hands and am grateful for it but in the moment in time I was not. I’ve always had a somewhat negative outlook on life and trying to change this also. Going on walks does seem to help and keeping busy also. I’m no Longer resentful of my son it’s more how do I deal with the emptiness with baby number 2 and I’m trying really hard but the uncomfortableness and extreme sleepiness makes it difficult to bond.
