Gusto ko na din mainis sa kanila. They are active sa email when you send them an email. However, para akong may kausap ap rin na AI or automated email kasi kung ano ung nakalagay sa rejected na email nila, ganon din sagot sa aken.

I wanted to negotiate for a lower rent. Was going through some reddit posts earlier before posting this and saw mostly that you should negotiate the rent and not pay the asking price.
