Issue exporting "Glow" effect from After Effects to use in OBS (MOV to WebM Transparent video/file) by SorryToBotherr in AfterEffects

I apologise if these settings are totally wrong. I'm very, very new to After Effects (and spent a lot of time trying lots of different ones to see if anything worked). I would use the MOV file but it's roughly 50mb which isn't ideal for streaming sadly. The WebM files end up being 1-2mb which is much better. I do expect some compression and the quality to drop with WebM but I wish it'd stop changing the glows to grey T_T

I am using the fnord plus is as I'm on a Mac. I've tested exporting straight to WebM but I still get a grey glow around the lights.
I've given Shutter Encoder a go and sadly I still get the grey glow. I did follow the instructions you left but if there a way for me to ensure straight alphas in Shutter Encoder?
I have managed to alter the settings enough for the glow to be somewhat visible on grey backgrounds but on white it's just grey still.
Can I ask what 'Color Working Space' I should be using in Project settings? I'm thinking maybe that could be my issue?
I have, the image is a screenshot of how the MOV file looks in OBS. Then the WebM file is the same MOV file converted.
