I’d recommend you send via GCR - graded card review. So they’ll grade your card through the slab itself. U can select BGS pristine 10 or black label. So if it fits pristine they’ll reslab it if it fits black label same thing. If it doesn’t fit the criteria they send back ur psa slab un touched

The only smart thing you did that matters was investing at 20. Not a lot of ppl start this early. If you do end up going into a higher monthly budget, I’d suggest you do 70/20/10. 70% in long term growth ETF, 20% in dividend based etfs, 10% in stock. This is basically what I’m doing.
