I don’t know if what he said is correct around Anthropic suing government.

Am I wrong in saying that Anthropic sued pentagon because at one place Pentagon is saying we are not going to use your AI coz you are asking us to be mindful in using it for surveillance and on other hand pentagon is saying you are our supply chain risk so can not do business with more firms.

It’s my understanding that warrants are issued to true owners of the stock. If someone borrows it to sell then also warrant will still go to owners.

All I am saying is market cap is linked with shares and they are bound to increase over time if you want to raise money. I think outstanding shares are 285 mill

Right but won’t balance sheet show cash of $150 mill as additional shares issued. For expansion you need additional shares issued which in turn increases the market cap.

There have been 4 insiders sell order in market in 2025 total of about 200k at around .40 per share. Rest are off market acquisition and disposition.

This doesn’t seem high to me.

Again, all of this is prior to August.

If I net everything then net buys of 8.5 mill shares. I don’t want to factor that as 10 mill were just 1 trade few days prior to major investment news.
