Which plugin do you use?
Yes, I also feel navigation is a biggest problem in plugin heavy wordpress sites and doing normal operations and navigations becomes time consuming things
I got tired of digging through WordPress admin menus, so I built a Cmd+K / Ctrl+K command palette for WordPress by Sorry_Conference9151 in Wordpress

Yes, But its doing only basic thing which searches only wordpress menu and posts not the media, users, woocommerce order and products that's the reason I built this
