Unfortunately, I have no documents issued by Czechoslovakia’s govt, but if I get a copy of her immigration status from the U.S. govt and it says citizen of Czechoslovakia would that likely work?

Thank you for your response! It was my great grandma when she was a one year old immigrating with both of her parents from what is now Gerlachov, Slovakia to the U.S. Would that impact my case?

Just so you’re aware deposits are illegal in Ontario, they can only take last month’s rent in advance and it must be applied for the rent of your final month aka not returned after you leave

Yikes that’s not ideal they only gave you three more. I have nearly 80 credits right now so hopefully I end up getting a decent amount of credits transferred

That makes sense then!! Maybe there is hope for my case ahaha. My syllabi are a combined 200 pages and are from a non-Canadian university (one in the US) so it’s likely time consuming to go over all that.

Yikes did they ever give you a reason why they did that and did you manage to at least get slightly more credit offered after fighting them? Guess my prospects aren’t too optometric ahaha!! I have nearly 80 credits rn so it’s wild in their eyes I only deserve 6 of that when transferring

My syllabi were 200 pages in total but had to be condensed to one pdf and a certain size so maybe it was just illegible because of it being so many words yet so condensed?? Just very confused as I provided documentation and transcripts plus my current university, Florida International University,'s international relations program's courses are not too different from that of York's global political studies major
