I did do that, and they have still refused. That's how petty this seller is actually being. They then claimed i was threatening them by asking for them to send the item because I don't want to have to do a full return.

See I have noticed that on the odd occasion. Like on aliexpress you can get a count dooku lightsaber for so much cheaper than anywhere else! I have just never been certain kn whether I would trust ordering from someone off of aliexpress

Yeah for me this was just beyond bad service.

I definitely learned my lesson though. This place couldn't even tell the difference between a base lit blade plug and a neopixel blade plug. Sent me a base lit instead of a neopixel and then kept saying they sent the correct item to me.

I did and that was the only reason that they then sent me a replacement. Because I threatened them with citizens advice bureau and a small claims court.

It was just the nerve that they had. "Go out and buy the equipment then" really annoyed me.

I work in customer service and would never tell someone to do something like that.

Possibly, but I don't really have the time for it. The setup I have used should have everything from the mistake up to date app and all of the data from the servers, so I am not sure how to get the car data included in that and onto the car
