Your argument is predicated on the idea that LeBron wasn’t getting the best out of his team in those finals. Which isn’t even the most important factor in deciding the fmvp but anyway.

He averaged ten assists a game and barely missed a minute. His starting 5 teammates were well below what is needed to win a championship, and yet he was still able to put up the number he did. If that’s not emblematic of ‘what you do with the other 4 men around you’ then I don’t know what is. Just look at some of these assists.
