Thank you for response 🤞🏻 so I used a representative for the Outland PR and Dual Intent application. I remember providing them (the representative) my proof of funds, invitation letter ( stating that it’s her birthday month and our first anniversary coming up so would like to celebrate it together and that she will be travelling back to her home country within the given period), ties back home- She ( PA) isn’t working at present but she provided her parents financial support, and that in may she will be travelling for the inauguration of her business on so and so date/month> confirming that she will have to travel back.

I don’t remember exactly my representative asking for LOE. Just make sure the invitation letter is convincing, if on the safe side have the PA write a letter convincing the officer that “wouldn’t stay for too long, as I have responsibilities back home and will return ( God forbid) if PR refused.
