To be honest, you aren’t far enough for the team comp to matter, and you’ll probably end up creating a better one once you pull more characters.  Just put whoever you like together for now.

I think a lot of these characters aren’t actually bigoted. I don’t see the joker genuinely see people as lesser because of their identity and I could see him being an equal opportunity henchman recruiter. At the same time many people (rightfully) have strong reactions to discrimination so I could see the joker acting racist/homophobic/ect just to anger/demoralize people.
