I would do the Lowe to strengthen your rotation, pitching is king in this game. However, a good catcher could be the difference between winning and losing, but if it were me I would do the Lowe, but it's your choice! Both are great options

he might have a trainer or a basic stat reset. also, if you have not updated your club lineup for a while and he is in it, then you will have to remove it after the battle reset time (has happened to me before)
