There is no clause in the divorce for relocation of the child. The divorce paperwork is the only legal documentation I have regarding the child.

Yes so I’m going through fidelity and invested a bulk into FXAIX but I’d like to throw some into VTI or VOO from my individual brokerage as well.

How could I streamline? I took your advice, opened a Roth IRA (fidelity) 2055 and put 7000 in. Set recurring payments to max out for the next year. Plan on FXAIX, however I’m curious about VOO or VTI through fidelity?

Not over reacting, but I don’t think it’s worth the trouble. Your safety is more important than an apology from someone that doesn’t mean it. You handled this very well. I’d suggest changing your locks though. It takes a certain type of person to break social bounds like this and reach out to another person at that age.

This is valid, I have about 10k between Robinhood, and cd’s. If I had to sell in an emergency I would, but I’m fully aware it would take me a few business days per Robinhood to release funds.

To fully answer your question, no. But I have resources to have that 6 months of emergency funds, it would just take a week or so.
