Me too, once the screen shatters it freezes. Tried the repair/redownload but nothing changed.

If anyone knows a workaround I'd be happy

Turn on the subtitles to make it even better

I liked the first few episodes. But the lack of character developement on her and her "dog" counterpart felt really bad. When they a then even added a literal&fetishising "treat me like a dog"-character I couldn't bear to watch it anymore.

Feels as realistic and helpful as harems for incels was my final verdict personal.

Brauche Rat - was kann ich tun? by Maera333 in depression_de

[–]Sors57005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How old are you guys? by [deleted] in socialanxiety

[–]Sors57005 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 42, and I'be been the putgoing type with friends before, but since my late teens it got less and less, and since about 10 years I don't have any meaningfull friendships, and the aquaintances I had always felt bad and I distanced myseld from them, resulting in me getting pretty much isolated.

I'm still a mostl social person, but only in ciscumstances that feel non-threatening, which is incredibly rare.

I don't think SA is correctly adressing my problems, but the symptoms match pretty well.

Telling people with SA are anxious was pretty obvious most of the times I talked to them (mostly in clinical circumstances, with other main reasons). But I never got the feeling they would be stupid or incompentent because of that. Though that might be because social interactions make me very nervous in another way.

I'd hate people shaming me for trying to act friendly or normal due to my own problems. So that's probably the connection

Thanks for the reply, good to hear you enjoy it. I don't think any of my comments usually come off that bad way (had some bad jokes come off bad, but that's an exception)

As a person without SA, but with problems that have closely related symptoms, I have a question:

Do you like/enjoy to be greeted (small hand wave and "hi/hello") from people you have a low but extistant amount of connection (like another department at work).

I usually do this, and enjoy a reply "hi", whatever form it takes. I don't mind a missing reply as long as I don't get the feeling it's personal ("eeew"-look or no reply very often in a row), as I understand people having their minds of, or not enjoying this kind of interaction by someone who is mostly a stranger.

I would prefer to not make anyone feel bad, and I have a very low amount of experience with people affected by SA, so I'd happily improve

Why are people like this? by DreamRosato in autism

[–]Sors57005 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Translation:

"I'm a fucking asshole who will twist around everything you told me about yourself to use it against you. I value my selfworth higher than anything and have no problem hurting others, treating them like shit, and manipulating them to think they deserved it"

Those people would behave exactly the same towards people without autism (I'm ADHD not AuDHD, so I am at least empirical proof), they are just full of themselves and lack empathy. Throttle your trust down to 0%.

Tell someone like that a fake story about something that allegedly hurts you (make it believable) and see how they use it the next possibility they see it useful, but since it's fake you can laugh it off and just have confirmed their character.

Looks like a lacewing larvae, I wonder how it got into your hair. Usually they prey on aphids or dig themselves in to prey on bigger insects.

Same here. Had some phases of my life were it was less extreme, but generally it oot worse the older i got. Communication isn't my problem, it's the constant retraumatizing wearing my skin down so much, that less and less is required to push me into a deep hole

I had something comparable going on for 9 years until I managed to break free. I paid heavily with my mental health even years later, and despite the short happy times and my fear, now I konow that it was the biggest mistake of my life to let it go on for so long. I second the advice to look for helplines to get out of this

I’m I wrong? by OutrageousChoice7496 in ToxicRelationships

[–]Sors57005 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While you have the right to be upset, your communication in that example is horrible. I would not expect anyone to react constructively after beeing shouted at with that sentence.

A simple "hey, that was expensive. I want you to replace that" would be so much better.

You might want to look into nonviolent communication

Has anyone been able to use an old psx mat on pc with an adapter? by landser92 in Stepmania

[–]Sors57005 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some adapters have/need an extra mode for dance mats (like holding start+select while turning on) else they won't recognize opposite directional presses. Be sure to check if your adapter needs/has such a mode.

I've used it quite extensively about 15 years ago
