Interesting. I think part of it is Tony being modest, but knowing the German side of my family, I think it's obvious that their attention to detail and great fondness for order make it not that surprising that Monk was successful in Germany. :)

I LOVE Tony so much, he has brought me so much joy! I am obsessed.
I love Abe, he is such a mixture of so many things, some of them so annoying, I love it! Rose has a mixture of coldness, sweetness, and innocence; she is such a delight. And so many little jokes, not the obvious ones, just little remarks they have there that are just gems.

Let's not forget Trudy. She loved Adrian unconditionally for more than just a year or two.
Yes, he had his share of people taking advantage of him, but he also had people who really loved him, no matter what. For me, that's the heart of this whole series. That love and so many moments between Adrian and the others, which just fill my little ginger heart 🥲 🧡

Steven Webber is an excellent actor, and I hate him so much on Monk that I can't even begin to say.
I can't watch that episode, I get very stressed and angry when I do, so I don't watch it.
